Hey there, I'm Koji! I help coordinate the fellowship and would (really) love to talk to you about it. I'm currently on a gap year from Swarthmore before I come back to finish my last year. The plan is to graduate with a degree in math and political science, but I really enjoy and have focused a lot of coursework on sociology.
I'm interested in a lot of things, including comparative history, cause prioritization, and training my brain to do what I want it to (mostly focus)! Enthusiastic about cooking new recipes, jazz guitar, hiking, and Tottenham. Most recently, I interned with the International Rescue Committee working on the humanitarian response to COVID-19 in low-income countries and broader reforms to the humanitarian aid sector.

Hi! I’m Abie. I help run Swarthmore EA’s website and guest speaker events. I’m currently working as Communications Director for 1Day Sooner, a vaccine non-profit. I’m interested in the ethics & economics of living organ donation as well as the relationship between Christianity, utilitarianism, & the left. I am fascinated by (but know relatively little about) Wittgenstein & the philosophy of language, tax policy, and environmental economics.
I transferred to Swarthmore from Deep Springs College, a 30-person school in the Eastern Sierra desert. I care a great deal about the Denver Nuggets, knitting, and making good playlists. Follow me on Spotify, I’ll follow back!

Hi! I’m JJ. I help run EA Swarthmore’s Fellowship, Tech and Communications. I’m currently really interested in AI Safety Research and am currently working on an honors thesis in that area. I am really interested in interdisciplinary research and community building and read a veracious amount in Music, Computer Science, economics and more.
I am a current senior at Swarthmore Double Majoring in Cognitive Science and Applied Math. In my spare time, I spent a large part of my time involved doing music from running the Student Radio Station WSRN for the Past 3 years to producing music for myself and others. I tweet mostly on AI and Music here.
